Pestosoft OÜ does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. The entire risk from use rests solely with you.
3. Paper Trade vs Live Trade
Paper Trade simulates trading using real Binance market data with virtual capital. No real money is involved. Results in paper trading do not guarantee the same results in live trading — real markets include slippage, partial fills, network latency, and other execution factors not present in simulation.
When using Live Trade, real orders are placed on your Binance account. You may lose the entirety of your trading capital. The platform's algorithms and signals are tools — not guarantees. All live trading decisions, by virtue of your configuration of the platform, are made at your sole direction and responsibility.
4. Extreme Financial Risk & Capital Loss
Cryptocurrency trading carries extreme risk. You may lose your entire invested capital. Market conditions, liquidity, API outages, and network failures can cause significant unexpected losses. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
Do not use borrowed funds, retirement savings, or emergency funds for cryptocurrency trading.
5. Algorithmic Failures & Execution Errors
Automated trading systems are subject to software bugs, logic errors, network latency, API outages, and hardware failures. Orders may execute at unintended prices, fail to execute at all, or execute multiple times.
The developer is not responsible for losses from software malfunction or unexpected market behavior. You are solely responsible for monitoring your bots and open positions at all times.
6. Third-Party Services & Dependencies
The Platform depends on third-party services including Binance API, DigitalOcean infrastructure, and external data providers. The developer has no control over the availability, accuracy, or behavior of these services. Any downtime, incorrect pricing, or failed transactions may cause unintended losses. The developer is not liable for damages caused by any third-party service.
7. API Keys & Security
For Live Trade, you are entirely responsible for the security of your Binance API credentials. Never grant withdrawal permissions to the API key used with this platform. If your credentials are compromised, you may lose all funds accessible to that API key. The developer does not have access to your keys and cannot recover lost funds.
8. Regulatory Compliance & Jurisdiction
The legality of automated cryptocurrency trading varies across jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of MySniperBot complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations in your country or region. The developer makes no representations regarding the legality of using this platform in your jurisdiction.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pestosoft OÜ, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of funds, loss of data, business interruption, or any other financial loss arising from your use or inability to use this platform.
